wHaT aBoUt...

Wassssuppp!!!
there's nothing new actually...
Depression, loneliness and dismay are just around the corner...
all of sudden i felt stupid --- what a crap thing...
Being stuck here in the office makes me more sad...
~~~~
How's my work by the way?
i thought after my vacation everything will turn out the way it used to be
but unfortunately (or fortunately, well only god knows) things seems to be so dull and the feeling of excitement was already gone...
nah, it's not about my bitter boss from outta here...
It's just that i feel like i don't belong here anymore!!!
things alienated me, things were not that easy anymore...
The bitter boss of mine, is considerably fine, despite the conflict from the past...
The new posting or new job responsibility that i have is not an issue at all
actually i am enjoying what i am presently doing...
It's just the ambiance itself...
it slowly choking me...
Maybe this is all because of negative things getting into my head or maybe because of hormonal imbalance perse'...
NO IDEA at all... whatever it is, i know god will guide me all throughout this dilemma...
~~~
How's our on-going family project?
Well, well, that was tough...
in life, we have our goals and objectives
but of course we have to do the actions to reach our goals...
As i recall during the pre-wedding seminar, they have asked, who among you plans to have baby soon?
Nobody raised their hands...
It's seems most of us in the group are not yet ready for that...
The answer from the facilitator was striking...
"Marriage is building a family, then why are you getting married if you are not going to have your own family?"
every one was stunned and speechless...
yah, he's right!!!
getting married is not just for the sake of stability or any other reasons
it's mainly creating your own family...
how can it be called a family if there's no kids?!?
In one point and another, we don't know when to expect it or when will god give us the precious gift...
In a lighter point of view, hold on to god and he will give it to you in the right time...
As of us, we're optimistic and patiently waiting for our little angel to come...
of course, there are times we shed tears and lots of questions in mind
sometimes we ask god what took him so long...
~~~
I know our precious one will come very soon...
~~~
Uplift your spirits high...

Be ThAnKfUL...

Thank God it's Thursday!!!
Out of the usual huh!!!
.
In UAE the week ends on Thursday!!!
So for us it's TGIT, ewwww!!!
.
It's been 2 weeks since we came back,
but still i'm in the vacation mood...
.
Last Monday, i got a call from a close friend,
a slot is vacant in their office and he's asking me if i'd like to give it a shot and grab the opportunity!
After getting the related information's and while taking into consideration some other things, i've decided to hold on with my current post...
.
However, i still have the urge of moving outta here!!!
hopefully, another opportunity will knock whenever i'm ready...
.
Sometimes i feel like i'm fed up with my work and sick and tired of doing my daily work routine...
Sometimes you feel like, you want something new and challenging...
Something fulfilling and worth staying...
.
I know complaining is not a good idea...
.
A colleague of mine send me this message
Upon reading it, i have realized lots of things
We should Thank God in many ways...
.
Today before you think of saying an unkind word
Think of someone who can't speak
Before you complain about the taste of your food
Think of someone who has nothing to eat
Before you complain about your husband or wife
Think of someone who's crying out to God for a companion
Today before you complain about life
Think of someone who went too early to heaven
Before you complain about your children
Think of someone who desires children but they're barren
Before you argue about your dirty house; someone didn't clean or sweep
Think of the people who are living in the streets
Before whining about the distance you drive
Think of someone who walks the same distance with their feet
And when you are tired and complain about your job
Think of the unemployed, the disabled and those who wished they had your job
But before you think of pointing the finger or condemning another
Remember that not one of us are without sin and we all answer to one maker
And when depressing thoughts seem to get you down
Put a smile on your face and thank God you're alive and still around
Life is a gift Live it... Enjoy it... Celebrate it... And fulfill it.
.
The feeling of staying here is quite heavy, but i know this is one of God's way to make me stronger...

HeRe wE gO...

yah i know, i owe you guys lots and lots of stories about our vacation...

i gotta start catching up before things slipped from my head...

hmmmmmm, where to start?!?!
May 3

>>> The day we flew back to manila. Bulky luggages on hand and still wearing the most sweetest smile on our face. We may not be having that much money in hand but we're full of warm thoughts. This is it, the time with full excitement but at the same time worried. Nevertheless, we're both positive that everything will be well.

We departed around 6:10 pm (AUH local time).

May 4

>>> We're back in Manila. Arriving @ 10:10 AM via Cathay Airways. It's such a lovely day, weather was so nice and the feeling of being home again is exceptional. Happiness fills the air and i can really say that it's good to be home.

We're Home at last...

May 5

>>> After having a long sleep, we finally manage to arrange our stuffs and distribute the pasalubongs to our excited families. Their smiles says it all. Day 1 seems to be busy.

May 6-9

>>> We visited some of our relatives and friends and of course partly shopping. Lucky me, few malls are currently on sale, yupieee... Out of curiosity, we decided to visit Mall of Asia (MOA) together with my family. It's quite huge and lots of stores to choose from, but nothing in particular amazed me. Or maybe i should have tried watching a movie in MOA, 'coz as what i've heard their cinema is 1 of the best, but unfortunately time didn't permit us to do so, hmmm, better try some other time...

May 10-17

We stayed for a week in batangas to be with my in-laws as well as to celebrate mother's day and it's also the 71st birthday of my mother in-law. Nothing that much. Visited few malls and enjoyed the small birthday celebration. Because of the fact that we don't have much activities while staying there, surprisingly in just a week we easily gain weight.

May 18

Back to my parents home. We collected our official wedding album (the lay-out was so awesome - we love it!!!) we'll post some of it soon, so better watch out! My hubby decided to have his hair done (it's my mom's request) even if he doesn't feel like doing it, uhmmmm, well he have to do so (sorry hon!!!)... And we spend the rest of the day watching TV while resting in the couch!!!

May 19 (Day time)

It's a 3 in 1 celebration, my mom's birthday, my parents 30th wedding anniversary and our house warming. It was a busy day. Waking up early was really hard, but we have to, house blessing starts at 10-ish AM. As expected, the priest came late. Anyhoo, the house warming went on (opssss, out of excitement, we forgot to take photos and videos, what the heck!!!). At 12-ish, guests starts to pop-up, new and old faces come and go... It was fun but yet so tiring...

May 19 (Night time) - 20

Overnight swimming in a private pool in laguna. My hubby decided to throw a small party for his mom. As agreed by the rest of his siblings they arranged to have it in a private pool. This will be a post celebration of mother in-law's 71st birthday. We had a great time with the whole mendoza family, though electricity suddenly shut in the middle of the night, everybody managed to be cool and enjoyed the night... The morning came to be the videoke day, anyone who can get a 100 score will receive a prize of P500 in cold cash courtesy of my hubby's auntie... guess how many won?!?!?! only 1 won the prize (well, well, i think the machine was such a cheater---heheh)...

May 21-23

Shopping galore at Tiendesitas and Market-Market...

May 24

Another family outing at Antipolo City with the whole Sumo-Ocreto Family. It's oh so fun. Attending an 8-ish AM mass at Antipolo is the first thing we did before flocking ourselves to Lory Land Resort. The resort is quite huge with lots of pools to choose from. We're in deed happy 'coz the entire family had a great time...

May 25 (Night time)

My loving uncle (brother of my mom) passed away. It was really sad for the whole family. It was so sudden that at first i was not able to believe it. 9.50 PM, I was standing right next to him when he was about to be rushed to the hospital. His face shows all the pain, he's pale and having a hard time catching his breath. He once glance at me, i will never forget that time. He was accompanied by his daughter together with my cousins to the nearest hospital. At 10:45 PM, while we are watching TV, our phone rang, after 3 rings i told my hubby to pick it up. It was my cousin, my hubby hand me the phone. My cousin called to say that our uncle is gone, i can't believe it, i ask her to repeat it for me, and it's really true... i don't know what to utter, tears fell... Since i was the first person they've informed, i have to shoulder the responsibility to tell the rest of the family... We are all awake till almost dawn...

May 26

My brother and sister flew back to Dubai.

May 27 - 30

We spent most our time at the wake of my uncle. Goodbye to our beloved uncle, 'til we meet again...

May 31

Starting to pack our things... so sad... Our vacation is almost over...

June 1-2

Back to batangas to spend some more time with my in-laws before leaving for Dubai. We went to Lian Batangas for another family outing courtesy of my hubby's auntie. Nothing much on that day, we didn't swim, our time was purely spend chatting and goofing around with the entire family...

June 3

Again back to home base to finish packing our stuffs and do some more shopping...

June 4

Well it's time to say goodbye, time really flies so fast... I hate goodbye's, it makes me cry all the time...

sorry guys for our super late to the max story, anyhoo it's better late than never, right?!?!? Now we're here back to reality... still not in the mood to work... still asking for more time to relax...

Up next... Our Vacation Photos...
