I was so delighted when hubby managed to arrange something special...
For a change we spent Christmas Eve on a Romantic Dhow Cruise Dinner (touring Bur Dubai - Deira - Bur Dubai)... The food was great and the show made the night fun... With the cool breezing air and fancy lights it made our night simply romantic, just the way we wanted, spending quality time together...
At home, i prepared Carbonara, Spring Roll and Fruit Salad for a small dinner (actually mid-night snack) that my siblings and friends had relished while enjoying the videoke night away...
On 27th December 2007, hubby and i attended a Birthday party, it's my colleague's son's 1st Birthday which was held at Coral Beach Hotel in Ajman... Food was great and we did enjoy the party...
In Welcoming 2008, i did prepare some foods for our small feast...
Our menu (in which i prepared alone) consists of Pansit Bihon Guisado, Spring Roll, Menudo & Rice, Sliced Ham, Hotdog on stick topped with Marsh Mallows and for desert we have Leche Flan, Sapin-Sapin and Biko (which hubby bought) and a basket full of assorted fruits...
I'm sure all of you guys had a great time during the holidays...
