jUsT aNoThEr PoSt...

Today is just another ordinary day, nothing significant and nothing new…
Geeeshhh, it’s been ages since my last post, well, I guess I have to start and do something to win my mojo back…
.
Summer is on and the heat of the sun is extremely hot, imagine you are experiencing 38-50 deg. during daytime. It’s unbearable to go outside in the middle of the day but despite the heat, I suffered from colds few weeks ago. Though Mr. Flu is not yet totally gone, I still manage to drink cold water and have some ice cream to fight the soaring heat. And due to the extreme temperature, definitely our electricity bill will shoot up doubled, which means I have to adjust our monthly budget and squeeze in my shopping spree.
.
Talk about shopping, since it’s Summer Sale, it’s very tempting to go on shopping and I can’t resist the temptation. Mango is on sale up to 80% off, and of course who am I to let this pass, so I bought 6 tops and 2 jeans from Mango. I wasn’t really able to grab many items because the store is too crowded with shoppers on panic mode and because of that, the store end up to be like an ukay-ukay shop while all shoppers (including me) wanted to get hold of the best items on sale. A lot of shops are on sale but I wasn’t able to check on their stores (except GAP which I bought 1 pair of flip-flops and BOSSINI which I bought 4 pants) due to our tight budget. All of a sudden we have to tighten our budget, why? Unexpectedly our washing machine broke down last week, we ask somebody to check on it but it took him ages to show up. As we assume that the repair will be costly, hubby and I decided to purchase a new one since our laundry basket is already full (as in uber full) and we badly needed to wash all the dirty clothes. Late sunday night our new Daewoo washing machine was delivered. Maybe you are wondering what happen to the broken one, well, until this time the tech guy hasn’t come yet to check on it, we just placed it outside to give space for the new one. See we have purchased something which is out of our budget, so we have to adjust everything, geeeessshhh!
.
Aside from unexpected purchase, we have 3 guests at home. Three cousins of mine came last June, not to simply visit us but to hunt for a job. They are staying with us right now, because of that we have to top our food or grocery budget and as expected it ballooned doubled. Not only that, since they don’t know how to cook, I have to carry the burden to cook for their everyday meals, imagine after work without even changing my office clothes, I have to direct myself to the kitchen to cook our viand. Before, I have the magic and option between cooking or simply dine out but for now I am stuck. Cooking is ok but it's horrifying to think of what to prepare everyday and that gives me a bad head ache. I am not complaining though, honestly I am happy to have them around because it has changed the quiet atmosphere at home and they have filled our dull home with laughter. Now I have to spell BUDGET in all caps --- hihihi… On hubby’s side, he’s very accommodating though he only whines whenever he gets little sleep, due to never ending chit-chats we end up sleeping late :-)... For now we’re on TIPID mode until the time my cousins will be settled, I hope it will be soon…
.
To all who passed by, thanks a lot for the short visit, I hope I can blog more often, calling my mojo back!!!
.
‘til next time… tah-tah!!!
