October 31
5:30am we’re already on the road on our way to visit my mother in-law who was admitted in the hospital, hubby’s brothers and his sister in-law tagged along with us. We reached the hospital around 8:30am. Nanay had IV and looks a little pale. She obviously needs help whenever she wants to stand and can only make few steps and get easily tired. Hubby was so worried upon seeing his mom’s condition, albeit after few hours she started to smile and began to be a little lively and chatty. We stayed there until late afternoon and by the time we have to leave she seems to be in high spirits and that give hubby and his siblings assurance that nanay will be fine very soon.
November 1
We visited the cemetery to give respect to our departed love ones.
November 2
It’s my aunt’s birthday, we spent the whole afternoon at her place eating pancit, puto, pizza and ice cream.
November 3
Back to batangas to be with mother in-law, she’s still in the hospital.
November 4
Mother in-law has been discharged from the hospital. Hubby is so happy seeing nanay regaining her lost strength.
November 5
Left Batangas late afternoon, well it’s time to bid goodbye for that will be my last visit to them before flying back to Dubai. The truth is I hate goodbyes because I am one emotional freak and has no control over tears. I’m grateful because I am blessed to have a very nice and loving in-law’s.
November 6
My brother in-law who came for a short vacation visited us. In the afternoon we went to Greenhill’s for a short stroll with hubby along with my parents and ate yummy pizza's from Yellow Cab. During our stroll mom keeps on talking about a certain painting that she really wanted, a painting of 8 horses, and so we end up purchasing the painting at Tiendesitas, hmmm --- mom was really happy. Had our dinner at Dampa Libis, it was yummy seafood’s meal courtesy of my brother in-law.

November 7
We went to Mega Mall to have some photos printed. Then went straight to Ricky Reyes for a total make over, Hair Spa, Hair Trim and Facial. I am glad we did it, i guess it was the right time to pamper ourselves though it only happens once in a while or should I say once in a year… Had our farewell dinner with Kuya Mar's family and auntie Lita with Uncle Ogi at Kamay Kainan, Market Market.

November 8
Hubby went back to Batangas to visit his family particularly nanay and tatay. He spent the whole day with them, I know by seeing them again will give him less worries plus a quality time well spent with his family will mean so much. On my end, I spent the whole day at home packing our stuffs. On our last night we had our nails done for the last part of our so called make-over.
So we’re ready to go, we have to leave at 5 in morning to catch our 8:20am flight! As what I always say, I hate goodbyes… We’ll definitely be back next year!!! For the meantime I would say, we’ll terribly miss our families, we hope that we can spend each day with you but sometimes we have to sacrifice to give way for the milk and honey…
