Wow, it’s such a great feeling, today's the 1st b-day of our blog… We never thought that this journal of ours will come this far… This is our 85th post for the year… Well, let me share to you the short story how it all started.
Surfing the net keeps me away from boredom while waiting for hubby. While browsing one site from another I was caught by a certain wedding blog (sorry I forgot the site’s name). I was so amazed on how detailed he/she on updating their wedding preparations and so on. While reading it, memoirs of my wedding slowly sinks in, alas, why not make my own blog? Hmmm, sounds good, this would be the perfect place to keep our colleagues on the loop. Then, I checked the net which sites provides free registration and landed with Live Journal. I signed up for a free account and created my very first post. But then after a week, I got bored and decided to delete my account and again tried to Google other sites. Blogger.com caught my interest, alas, I immediately signed up and started blogging again. And this is my first entry First Time Blogger, and followed by the next, ‘til we became part of this blogging world, began to be addicted to it while we write anything we can think of.
Finally found an outlet of our own where we can vent our rants and adventures. At first, I was hesitant to spill the beans to our circle of friends for I am afraid that it might not be their cup of tea. But after countless thoughts, we decided to post it to our Friendster’s shout out box. From then on our friends started to have a peek and we’re happy to hear good feed backs from them. Their comments keeps us motivated, we’ve been boost and very much inspired to write more. It’s such a blissful feeling to have a journal in which reminiscing will always be easy.
Before, we just blog out of curiosity, but Now, we consider blogging as our priceless treasure.
Through this blog we gained numbers of friends and we’re happy about it. Well, this is also one way of letting others know that we do exist.
