From Friday ‘til Saturday we’re off for shopping… A grand sale of awesome brands is being held twice a year at the function halls of J.W. Marriot Hotel… They are offering the best buys ever, from variety of stuffs such as make-ups, perfumes, clothings, shoes, bags, accessories, etc. Participating brands are Fendi, RL, Lacoste, D&G, Prada, DKNY, Anne Klein, Escada, Marc Jacobs, Jimmy Choo, Chloe, just to name a few… Who will not be tempted to spend few bucks to grab those items if prices from AED 2500 was cut down to AED 200/-? Well, we’re one of those peeps who didn’t let go of this rare opportunity… Although, lots of people are rushing so as not to be left out empty handed... Pushing one’s back was one of the toughest part of it, but it doesn’t troubled me because they pushes me in (thanks guys for the good push)… There’s one thing I hate whenever I am in a hurry (well I have to, otherwise I’ll be left with nothing) I don’t have time to check the stuffs i grabbed… As you see, I bought mostly shoes, and to my giddiness I wasn’t able to check if the sizes are right. At home, I’m sorting out the things that we shopped and finally found time to check each and every item, after fitting one shoes from another, I’ve noticed that 1 pair of it doesn’t match (see the photo of the maroon sandals), shocks, 1 pair with 2 different sizes (left 35.5, right 36.5) sheesssshhh… Well, my fault ‘coz I got that pair when we’re already in the counter… Later I’ll check with SAKS Fifth Avenue if I can exchange the item (I hope I can)…
Shopping is indeed great and One of the vast pleasures that this remarkable city offers!!!
